Puerto Rican by birth, American by right, and Nashvillian by luck. I have been living in Nashville since 1997 and have witnessed the tremendous growth the city I call home has experienced over the years, especially the East Nashville community, where my husband and I moved 4 years ago.
I was in the Travel and Hospitality corporate world for almost 15 years but I lost my job as a result of the pandemic. However, I truly believe that we all need to turn every life challenge into an opportunity for learning and growth. So I rediscovered my passion for baking, especially cheesecakes. I am not a professional baker; I am just a guy with a stand mixer, a lot of cream cheese, and a great deal of imagination and creativity!
My friends are always telling me that I should be sharing my creations with the world so I have finally listened. I used a portion of my stimulus check to create this website and buy the necessary equipment to start this journey and a new chapter in my life. Thank you all so much for joining me on this wild ride I call life and remember to always do what makes you happy!
After all, life begins at the end of your comfort zone!
